we have been going to eastside mario's as a team group for years and have always had great food and excellent service. We have always taken advantage of their team menu.

Came into Mario's last Friday with a bus load of hockey players. Mario's was notified an hour before we got there (prior arrangements had been made for us to be there around 6:00 pm) that we would be there at 6:30 pm. We got there at 6:30 sharp. The players went in and there was only one server for the 23 people there. The food (spaghetti and meatballs) were cold, in fact the coach sent his back to be warmed up. This was the third time that this team has stopped there and by the sounds of the comments from the team it will be the last time.
It must be nice to make lots of money and not worry about teams that show up I would say regularly and give them bad service. Soon they will wonder why no one stops there.
