Holiday Inn Express Kamloops
Great Location, Reasonable Price
Starting at $140 a night the Holiday Inn Express Kamloops is very similar to other Holiday Inn’s that I’ve stayed at and of all the hotels in Kamloops I would definitely recommend this one.
Located just off the Trans-Canada highway, the hotel is easily accessible. The Holiday Inn Express is right on the west edge of town and takes about 10-15 minutes to get downtown and 15-20 minutes to get to the North Shore (McArthur Island sportsplex, etc.) The Kamloops Holiday Inn Express always gets rave traveler reviews.
Upper floor rooms on the north-east side overlook the city. The highway is on the north side of the hotel so if you want a quieter room you might want to ask for something on the south side.
Amenities Nearby
There is a east-indian food restaurant next door and Dairy Queen, McDonalds and a convenience store within easy walking distance.
Within a longer walk is Quiznos, Milestones, Starbucks, and Chapters Bookstore.
