Offering very much the same services as it did when it was the Best Western Kamloops, rates start at around $160 in the off season.
The Kamloops Towne Lodge is just of the highway, on the hill, on the west side of town. The drive downtown takes about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. ORA restaurant and lounge, right in the hotel, has pretty good with a great atmosphere, especially in the lounge area. The Towne Lodge is one of the hotels offered as part of the Rocky Mountaineer rail package.

Some travelers think the hotel dιcor is dated and there were some complaints in early 2009 when the hotel was undergoing renovations.
I think the Towne Lodge is a great option for hotels in Kamloops. It has a nice atmosphere and is close to quite a few services. If you're looking for something a little less expensive in the same area, you might want to check out the
