General Kamloops MapHere's a general Kamloops map showing the different subdivisions in Kamloops. You can see the Thompson Rivers meeting towards downtown Kamloops as well as the highways converging just east of downtown. Map of Downtown KamloopsDowntown Kamloops is pretty easy to find your way around. Streets running in a north/south direction are all number starting at 1st Avenue on the west end of downtown through 13th Avenue at the east end of downtown. Any street address on an east/west street correspond with the north/south cross street. For example 320 Victoria Street is between 3rd and 4th Avenues.The Thompson River boarders downtown to the North. The main shopping street in downtown Kamloops is Victoria Street between 1st Avenue and about 7th Avenue. Two of my recommended best Kamloops restaurants and two of my best inexpensive eateries are on Victoria Street.
