Of ALL the restaurants in town Rics downtown is the best by far. The setting is personal and cozy and the food is phenomenal. Usually "chains" aren't my favorite but this place has changed my mind, with a diverse and enticing menu and a pretty decent wine list, it works for almost any occasion. From a light lunch to a romantic evening out. When you go, order the fire crusted scallops, beef carpaccio, or tomato bocconcini salad.Those are my favs but really you cant go worng.
